Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Supervisor to help lead daily operations and support our team. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in food service who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient service
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Open and/or close the store, including cash handling and reconciliation
Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and restocking as needed
Step in to support cashier or kitchen roles during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or retail leadership required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative tasks
Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
