Fabricio Botta
Co-founder
Chief Executive Officer
With over three decades of progressive experience across multiple industries, Fabricio brings a unique blend of financial expertise, operational leadership, and hands-on management to the helm of our financial strategy.
Currently serving as Chief Executive and Financial Officer, he oversees the financial planning, risk management, and fiscal operations of the company, leveraging a rich and diverse career that spans banking, aviation, hospitality, and manufacturing.
Before co-founding our company, Fabricio spent five years in the aviation sector, managing the financial and operational frameworks for ground services and flight operations supporting major cargo airlines. This role cemented a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of airport logistics and flight coordination.
Earlier in his career, Fabricio served as a Financial Manager for a chemical manufacturing firm, where he developed budgeting and forecasting systems that improved financial transparency and cost efficiency.
His professional journey began in the restaurant industry in 2001, where he worked his way up from dishwasher to General Manager over the course of 11 years. His hands-on experience instilled a deep work ethic, a customer-first mindset, and an appreciation for team leadership — values that continue to inform his approach to financial stewardship and business operations.
For the past 13 years, Fabricio has held leadership roles within the largest Banks in the country, including one of the top three banks in the United States, starting as a Teller and steadily rising to Vice President. Most currently as an Anti Money Laudering Officer/Analyst, he has developed a strong command of financial systems, compliance, lending, and risk analysis. His banking background provides a solid foundation for strategic financial decision-making and capital management.
Fabricio brings a grounded, results-driven approach to our leadership team, ensuring the company remains financially agile and operationally efficient as we grow and evolve in the hospitality industry.

Rachel Estabrooks
Co-founder
Chief Operations Officer
Rachel brings over 15 years of frontline leadership and operational experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer.
With a career rooted in hospitality and a strong foundation in team development, customer service, and operational efficiency,Rachel plays a key role in driving the day-to-day success and service excellence of our company.
Rachel began her professional journey in the restaurant industry, starting as a host at a casual dining restaurant. Her natural leadership and commitment to service quickly earned her a promotion to server — the first of many steps in a career marked by growth and achievement. Over the next decade, she held key roles in two of the country’s top casual breakfast dining chains, where she worked for a combined 10 years. During this time, she served as a shift lead and trainer, earning multiple awards for excellence in service, leadership, and teamwork.
While building her hospitality career, Rachel also pursued her passion for healthcare, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Her nursing background adds a unique layer of discipline, care, and attention to detail that enhances her leadership style and approach to operational management.
As COO, Rachel oversees daily operations, employee training, and service standards with a hands-on, people-first mindset. Her blend of hospitality expertise and clinical precision ensures that our team operates with both efficiency and empathy — a balance that sets the tone for exceptional client and partner experiences.
