Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, inspire team members, and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and morale

• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns

• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity

• Maintain quality control for food, cleanliness, and service standards

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members

• Drive sales through excellent operations and guest satisfaction

 

Qualifications

​

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience required.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH

• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for hospitality and team development
