Position Summary

​

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Egg Bread—greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience from start to finish.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system

• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments

• Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area

• Assist with food running and basic prep tasks as needed

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members

 

Qualifications

​

• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic math and cash-handling skills

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
